ReplyDeleteYes you can, but it depends on the type of activity you are doing. You can though in walking for one mile and you can burn 100 calories. 10 minute a day of exercise is good and it's better to keep moving than to do nothing at all. :)

ReplyDeleteHonestly, I don't care much about my calorie intake since I love to eat. But, as I age, I noticed that my metabolism is not the same as before. So, I guess it's time for me to work-out and be watchful of my calorie intake.
