I admit I have dandruff and hated so much having it. I consider it as an image disaster and confidence slayer. Worse of having it is that I am worried that it may lead to acne due to constant itching. Since buying and using anti dandruff shampoo is not effective for this problem of mine, I tried the natural way of washing out dandruff away by using garlic. Here’s how:

First step - combine 2 tbsp of garlic powder and 1 tbsp of lemon juice. Mix it firmly to make a paste.

Second step - apply the paste on your scalp and leave it for 30-40 minutes.

Third step - wash it off thoroughly with shampoo and cool water.

Actually, this natural way works out, so why not give it a try!

Rainbow Nail Art

It’s time to share my nail color of the week. My nail share for this week is in rainbow color, a nail art done in the newly opened saloon near in the office. This is absolutely a perfect nail art for me and I found it cute because of the glittery color combination of pink, sky blue (my favorite colors) and silver.

I love to color my nails. For me wearing nail polish is like having an accessory.  So starting this week I will be sharing my Nail Color of the Week. What I have for this week is the Caronia Baby Pink Color.

I change nail polish every week particularly on my fingers because this part is usually used more often. I am not decided yet on  the color of my nail polish next week, but one of the colors below will be the nail color of the week on next post.

DIY Foot Scrub Recipe

I hate dry and scaly feet. If you’re one with me who hates rough feet then let’s spa-mper our feet together with the DIY (do it yourself) Foot Scrub Recipe I have here. To do this home-made foot scrub recipe, you need the following:

•  Lemon grass
• 1 cup of warm water
• 10 candlenuts

Procedure:

Infuse the lemongrass in the warm water. Squash the candlenuts in a bowl to form a paste. Slowly combine the infusion with the paste to create a coarse lotion. Using deep, circular movements, massage into feet the home-made foot scrub. Then rinse off your feet with cold water.

Presto! You’ll feel the deference of your feet after doing this. The rough feet are now soft and hydrated.
