Parents like us should be aware that overweight kids are prone to developing “adult” conditions like high blood pressure and diabetes. When it comes to keeping kids weight healthy and lessen the risk of obesity, these ways are easy and will help a lot.

An ideal is more servings of water and less sweet added sugar drink. Keep 100% natural fruit juice for up to 4 to 6 oz servings daily. Let your kid play actively for at least one hour most of the week. Running around outside, playing tag, involvement in sports like basketball or go biking are activities best for kids.
