  7. Yes! burning calories is not an easy thing to do
    :-( you have to work your butt off to reach that goal :-) I miss working out though :-( and I do not know when I will come back :-(

  10. Very interesting. I think watching your calorie intake and a regular exercise will do the trick..
    We burned more than 300 calories today by doing hoops.

  13. Yes you can, but it depends on the type of activity you are doing. You can though in walking for one mile and you can burn 100 calories. 10 minute a day of exercise is good and it's better to keep moving than to do nothing at all. :)

  16. Honestly, I don't care much about my calorie intake since I love to eat. But, as I age, I noticed that my metabolism is not the same as before. So, I guess it's time for me to work-out and be watchful of my calorie intake.
