Remove the fast poor food!

If you cannot eat healthy because of the high prices of the healthy products, these advices will help you to start healthy nutrition that will not cost you too much.

BUY FOOD ALONE! In that way you will be sure you will buy only the needed products.


Drink water or milk instead of other non – alcohol beverages.

You will also be able to enjoy your favorite beverages at sport events or when you go out, but choose the smallest bottles. In that way you will save calories and money. The milk is necessary as for the children also for the adults every day. It will help you to get stronger and to have healthier bones and teeth.

Buy a big quantity of seasonal fruit.

The seasonal fruit should be bought at a wholesale and there is left of it, then you can freeze it. When the season will pass, you can unfreeze it and eat it. When you buy the fruit, wash it and remove the damaged parts, dry it and then freeze it in a bag. Do that today!

Meat and grainy products (beans, peas)

They are the best protein source. The lean meat is more expensive than the meat with big quantity of fats. The grainy products in cans are the perfect choice, because they are also rich in protein. The meat should be replaced with peas, beans…

There are various types of grainy products that you can prepare in different ways. You can put them in a pot and when you come back home to be ready for eating. The Ministry of agriculture in America recommends consuming grain products four times weekly. If you have gases after eating beans, firstly you try to wash it, cover it with water, boil the water, drain the water and then fill in again.

Fishing

If in your area there are rivers, lakes, go fishing. It will be as well as fun but, at the same time you will eat healthy food and will be cheaper for you. You will save money.

Peanut Butter

The peanut butter is cheap and almost everyone eats it. Make a sandwich with peanut butter instead to buy a hot dog. You do not need to keep it in the fridge, although the bigger jars are for several weeks.

Eat Food that contains a lot of water


The fruits and vegetables are an excellent sample of a food that contains a lot of water. If you eat healthy you cannot make a mistake. You can choose a healthy food for cheap that is acceptable for those with low incomes. Now you do not need a lot of money in order to have the lifestyle you always wanted.
